You shouldn't have to "bounce back"
After having a baby, it's easy to feel like you're drowning in conflicting noise, with social media piling on the pressure.
Most mums end up in one of two camps: desperate to get back to normal exercise and jumping straight in, or feeling a bit broken and disconnected from their body. Often it's both.
Rush it, or do nothing out of fear, and you risk cementing symptoms for years. Avoiding the trampoline with your kids. Leaking when you go for a run. Never fully trusting that your body is strong and capable.
You get "cleared", then you're on your own
At your six-week check you're cleared with zero guidance on what to do next. A regular fitness programme treats a postpartum body like any other body, and a generic postpartum one isn't built for your symptoms. I bridge that gap.
Inside the Postpartum Rebuild Programme
Breathwork, core and pelvic floor
We focus heavily on breathwork, core engagement and pelvic floor coordination, so you rebuild from the inside out.
3 to 4 sessions a week, made for you
Bespoke sessions that build the functional strength you actually need for motherhood.
Symptom-Based Progression
No rigid timelines. Your programme is built week by week around you and how your body responds.
Support the whole way
I'm with you the whole way, with weekly check-ins, answers to your questions about exercises and your pelvic floor health, plus educational videos so you always know why you're doing what you're doing.
Nutrition that supports recovery
Nutrition support for tissue repair, hormone balance and energy, with no restrictive approaches. It works whether or not you're breastfeeding, and supports sustainable weight loss if that's one of your goals.
How does it all work?
1First, you choose how you'd like to pay and sign up.
2Then you fill in a form about your goals, your routine, your delivery, any complications and any symptoms you have.
3You'll watch a short welcome video so you know exactly what to expect.
4Then you join our coaching app, where I build your programme week by week.
5From then on, we can chat on WhatsApp any time, and we check in every week.

Questions
I've had my six-week check. Isn't that enough?
A six-week check clears you, but it doesn't tell you what to do next. That's the gap I bridge. We start from where your body is now and build from there.
What is Symptom-Based Progression?
Instead of following rigid timelines, your programme moves forward based on how your body responds. It's built week by week, specifically for you.
What does the 12 weeks look like?
We work together 1-on-1, with three to four bespoke sessions a week. There's a focus on breathwork, core engagement and pelvic floor coordination, plus educational videos and nutrition planning.
Does it work if I'm breastfeeding?
Yes. The nutrition support works whether or not you're breastfeeding, and it covers recovery, energy and sustainable weight loss if that's one of your goals.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Follow my guidance, and if by the end of the 12 weeks you aren't measurably stronger and more capable, I'll work with you for free for an additional 6 weeks to make sure you're confident.
